Since the very foundation of Flex-Molds, we have always been striving to provide our customers with Molds for the production of concrete products with the best technical and design solutions. Our patented technology of high-precision inserts ensures a long cycle of operation of the mold with optimal vibration capacity, since there is no welding between the insert and the frame.

With this system, you can produce products faster and with less vibration power – and this not only improves productivity, but also protects your equipment from vibration through the frame.

Thanks to well-thought-out technical solutions, wear parts can be easily replaced in our molds. Our client can order a repair kit (the lower part of the mold with a set of punch plates) with a short production time and assemble the mold himself. This will promptly extend the service life of the form. Also, repair kits allow you to save money.

Thanks to the feedback from our customers, we are constantly improving our technical solutions and design (based on the wishes of our customers). Our design department monitors all production improvements as part of the next order, so development on our part is a daily job. We never copy the design of our competitors — we do everything independently and in accordance with our technical solutions and proven technologies.
We are constantly reinvesting most of our profits, so all our assets are in very good condition.

In 2019, we implemented a new ERP system and gradually reorganized our production in accordance with the 5S philosophy. As a result, we have reduced order processing time and optimized our production processes in a short time.

Innovation

We never give up on the production of complex, specific molds. The competencies of our specialists allow us to find reasonable solutions based on our experience, so that our client is satisfied and can realize his original idea. If necessary, we develop them together with our customer or with a supplier of concrete machines.

Our experts will help you with the launch of specialized complex forms – they will train the staff and take care of the correct use of forms. Most of our patents are based on the specific requirements of our customers and are not available to other manufacturers.

We started 2019 with a new design team to give our continuous improvements more power and faster productivity improvements, especially in the field of mold design for the production of concrete products.

We are not satisfied with the results we have achieved, but we are constantly developing and evolving!

History

History — for us, it’s about remembering where we came from — seeing where we are — making an accurate plan of where we want to be in the coming years.
This page shows the development of our factory in recent years since our foundation in 2014 — and where we are today.
We will update the photos from time to time to show our customers the productivity growth of our production, which we will continue in the coming years. We follow the improvements in our production with new capabilities, improving our technical solutions accordingly.

In 2019, we expanded the factory with several new machines and are gradually optimizing the production process to significantly reduce production time.

In 2021, the COVID pandemic made adjustments to our plans, but we were still working and fulfilling orders. After analyzing the internal benchmarking and requests from our international customers, we decided to purchase a new CNC bending machine to ensure the accuracy of our rods in accordance with CAD — as well as all other parts of our molds.

In 2022, we moved to a new production site and doubled the production area to allow for new investments and faster growth with much better productivity and shorter lead times.

In 2024, we mastered the technology of manufacturing all-metal dies (the lower part of the mold) for products with a height of 40-60 mm. This made it possible to increase the reliability of our molds by eliminating welded elements from the structure.

Our team consists of a manager and a worker with very extensive experience in this field to ensure the promised quality and delivery time of the parts you need.

Matthias Roeder – Founder and CEO, worked at Rampf from 2000 to 2013, held senior positions. In 2013, he finished his career at Rampf Formen Taicang Co. (Rampf factory in China) and in 2014, together with Zhou Li, founded Flex in the same city of Taicang (near Shanghai).

Zhou Li is a co–founder and Executive Director. From 2012 to 2024, she worked in senior positions at Rampf Formen Taicang Co. (Rampf factory in China). In 2014, she became a co-founder of Flex.

Ivan Zhigailo is the head of Flex’s representative office in Russia, the CIS and neighboring countries. From 2009 to 2019, he worked in the COBRA. After completing this collaboration, I joined the Flex team.

Zhang Kai is the head of the Structural and Design Department, has been on the Flex team since 2015.
