The technology of bolting a set of shoes for repeated use of the punch head (tamper) will save money by replacing a set of shoes. The set of shoes are the most worn-out element of the mold. We recommend that our customers order a complete mold immediately with additional set of shoes. Even if you didn’t order a set of shoes right away, they can be ordered separately. The production time set of shoes is minimal.

The technology of bolting the matrix frame for tall products (curbs, blocks) allows disassembly of the mold and replacement of the matrix walls (using rem kits). It takes less time to make a repair kit. Thus, the mold is promptly put into operation and the customer’s money is saved.

Our designers have developed a library of textures of natural materials. According to your choice, the texture can be applied on any size of paving slabs. If you have your own texture, our experts will design the shape based on your texture. If you need to repeat the shapes you have with a textured surface and there is no 3D model of this surface, we can also help.

Molds with rubber punch shock absorbers (rubber buffers) are used to make large slabs and allow for uniform compaction of concrete over the entire surface of the slab. Molds for slabs of a standard size of more than 300x300mm contain rubber buffers in their design by default.
