Heated set of shoes

Mold with a heated set of shoes allow you to produce paving slabs with a complex textured surface. By heating the set of shoes in the mold, the adhesion between the concrete and the surface of the plate decreases, which in turn makes it possible to mold products using concrete with an increased water-cement ratio. Due to this, the concrete perfectly repeats the complex textured surface of the plate and does not stick to it. The molds with a heated set of shoes are an ideal solution for making paving slabs with a textured surface imitating split natural stone or wood (Stone Wood tiles). When ordering the first heated form, we complete the order with a special heating element control box.
